Antiemetic (anti-vomiting) drug used to prevent nausea from motion sickness, chemotherapy, and other causes.

Do not use in pets with suspected GI obstruction or toxin ingestion. Caution in young puppies (<8 weeks) and liver disease patients.

Injection site pain (common). May cause transient vomiting or diarrhea. Rarely causes neurological signs.

Overdose causes excessive drooling, lethargy, collapse due to low BP. Emergency care includes IV fluids, blood pressure support, and monitoring.

Store tablets at 68–77°F; protect from moisture. Injectable: keep vials at 68–77°F; do not freeze.
