About 180192 Meadow

MEADOW - 1-5 years old, 50 pounds, house trained but might have accidents, only pet or others if they can be managed around food, might be nervous at first but will warm up to you

Meadow is nervous in the shelter. After an altercation with the other dog in the home around the food, Meadow ended up behind the bars.

Meadow is otherwise affectionate, sweet and very playful. She loves toys of all kinds including plush, squeaky, tug, balls and frisbees.

She is an active young girl who loves to run and go for walks. These walks being very important as we are told she has accidents in the home, mostly evenings when she is not walked enough. She will need an understanding and dedicated family willing to walk her more and set an acceptable and successful routine.

Meadow does not like her nails being clipped and will try to run away to avoid this.

She has no problem going for car rides and enjoys adventures with her people.

Meadow can be trusted to be left alone roaming free.

She can be friendly and playful with children but also is known to play rough at times.

We are told Meadow is rough and growly with other dogs. We will update this bio when we are able to learn more about her regarding other dogs.

Meadow would do best in a home as the only pet OR in a home where her owners are ready, willing and able to manage her and other dogs around food or other resources she finds valuable. (As mentioned above...)

Come by and meet this sweet girl today! She is currently in a back kennel so if you come in and don't see her, please just ask!
