About 181357 Queen
QUEEN - 1-5years old, 60 pounds, house trained, playful, nervous but warms up quickly.
Queen was surrendered with her sister, Red when the owner became ill and was moving.
Upon arrival to the shelter, they exhibited signs of "littermate syndrome" so would be best adopted (or fostered) separately.
Queen is very nervous in the shelter setting but has shown, with just a little time, she warms up quickly, even jumping up for hugs.
She has light brown fur with black mixed in along her back and face. She has warm but expressive eyes. She has an endearing quality about her.
When she is comfortable and relaxed, Queen is playful and loves all kinds of toys.
She can be trusted roaming free when left alone and enjoys her own dog bed for sleep.
She enjoys going for walks although at the shelter she startles easily.
While they have previously shown to not do well with other dogs per the owner, this could change once apart from one another so we'd recommend bringing your own dog in to meet.
Queen is currently in a back kennel. When you come in, please just ask to meet her.
