HAPPY, ACTIVE, LOVES TO RELAX, CUDDLER, AFFECTIONATE
CHARLIE - 8 years old, 70 pounds, house trained, good with kids & dogs.
Charlie was surrendered with his sister, Peach, when their family was moving and couldn't take them along.
After spending his whole life with one family, he is now forced to move on.
He is said to be sweet and cuddly (like his sis) and that he loves the company of kiddos and other dogs.
We tested Charlie in our shelter playgroup and noticed he was not enjoying the roughhousing from some other dogs.
He corrected them when necessary.
He might need some time getting used to other dogs. Slow and proper introductions are important as well as supervision.
Charlie sat on command and always defaulted to a sit when he saw treats were involved.
He has a fantastic and warm smile to boot!
Charlie can be trusted roaming free in the home when left alone and enjoys going on car rides.
Again like his sister, Charlie is used to sleeping in the bed with his humans. Adorable!
Charlie is currently in a back kennel so just come in and ask to meet him!
Peach and Charlie can be adopted separately or together.
